Terms of Service - Dine with Dalators

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Dine with Dalators' services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Service Description

Dine with Dalators provides authentic Vietnamese cultural experiences including but not limited to:

Home cooking classes with local families
Cultural tours and experiences
Food tours and market visits
Family dinner experiences
Coffee farm tours and tastings

3. Booking and Payment

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Payment terms and cancellation policies will be communicated at the time of booking. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation policies vary by service type. Generally:

Full refund if cancelled 48+ hours in advance
50% refund if cancelled 24-48 hours in advance
No refund for cancellations less than 24 hours in advance
Weather-related cancellations may be rescheduled or refunded

5. Participant Responsibilities

Participants are responsible for:

Arriving on time for scheduled experiences
Following safety instructions and guidelines
Respecting local customs and traditions
Informing us of any dietary restrictions or allergies
Behaving respectfully toward host families and other participants

6. Health and Safety

Participation in our experiences is at your own risk. We are not liable for any injuries, accidents, or health issues that may occur during our services. Participants should have appropriate travel insurance.

7. Photography and Media

We may take photographs or videos during experiences for promotional purposes. By participating, you consent to the use of your image unless you specifically request otherwise.

8. Limitation of Liability

Dine with Dalators' liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Force Majeure

We are not liable for any failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or other force majeure events.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Vietnam.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page and will become effective immediately upon posting.
